VicRoc manufactures cylinders for many types of applications, such as mobile equipment, snow removal  equipment, ski hill snow groomers,  the forest industry , also the waste management industry for both  residential  and industrial application.

VicRoc operates it’s own gas nitriding system, using  Nitreg® technology.

Procedures were developped to maximize, corrosion resistance, lubrification, and surface hardness.

All nitriding treatment cycles are automated and closely monitored for quality with a metallographic analysis for each treatment.

The nitriding system that we employ is equipped with a highly efficent neutralizer to eliminate any and all Nox gases from the exhaust. This makes our nitriding system environmently  friendly.

Our power unit model , PU350 is a compact high performance unit. It is a possible  power source for the T248 ass’y vise table, and both u bolt benders models UB302 &UB502 along with the SH700 shear.

The K1100 with a total capacity of 40 tons. It’s travel is along a quide track on the pit’s floor.

With included options such as independant cylinders, cylinder load lock valves, a heavy duty frame, along with many improved safety features, and features to simplify maintenance of the machine.

Our model UB302 is the most popular  u bolt bender in North America. With many years of experience behind the making of this machine, it has become the industry standard.

Our u bolt benders are now  equipped with safety cages for operator protection.

Bending à Ø1¼’’ threaded rod

The UB502 is our most powerful u bolt bender with a capacity to bend 1¼ cold roll rods. The UB502 is equally capable of bending the smaller diameter  threaded rods same as the UB302. As with the UB302 the model UB502 is also equipped with a safety cage.

The Sh700 shear from VicRoc has the capacity to cut tempered leaf springs 9/16” x 4”. For operator security the SH700 has a hydraulic retaining  system to keep the part being cut in place, also included is fixed protection for the operator.

This hydraulic vise table is an indispensable  tool for truck leaf suspension repair. Supplied with anti- slip tempered steal  vise jaws and a  1½ in high sliding rails, which aid in the installation of leaf spring clamps, and center bolts. The T248 is equipped with a security cage for operator protection.
